Event location:
Ásmundarsafn

Gallery Talk for families with games through Ólöf Nordal's exhibition, úngl-úngl at Ásmundarsafn. Ideal for families to have fun together and learn about the artist's work and the stories behind the scenes.

Free to all with admission ticket to the museum, and of course free for children under the age of 18. Children are expected to be accompanied by adults, and it helps to have looked at the exhibitions beforehand.

Let’s Play Art is the title of the Reykjavík Art Museum’s family programme. Children are especially welcome to the museum, with their parents, to look at and experience art through games and interesting discussions. We offer family guidance tailored to the younger audience of exhibitions in all of the museum buildings. There are also workshops for children and their families where they can have fun creating their own art after visiting the exhibition halls. LET’S PLAY ART at regular intervals, all year round, and it pays to follow events on the museum’s programme site. The family spaces are always open; Idea Lab at Kjarvalsstaðir, Living Room in Hafnarhús and Moment in Ásmundarsafn.

Free entrance with a museum ticket and for holders of Annual Pass/Culture Pass.
