Three exhibitions nominated

The newspaper DV has announced its nominations for Culture Awards for 2016. The awards will be presented on Wednesday, 15 March.

Three out of five art exhibitions come fro Reykjavík Art Museum: Disruption at Ásmundarsafn by Elín Hansdóttir and Ásmundur Sveinsson, Curator Dorothée Kirch, Ecosystem of Colors at Kjarvalsstaðir by Hildur Bjarandóttir, Curator Ólöf Kristín Sigurðardóttir and Class Divider at Hafnarhús by Berglind Jóna Hlynsdóttir, Curator Klara Þórhallsdóttir.

The other two nominees are Jón Laxdal and Þóra Sigurðardóttir. People can take part by choosing their favorite exhibition on the dv.is webpage until midnight Tuesday, 14 March.
