Dance Happening on Opening Day

The Icelandic Dance Company will have a happening on the first day of their exhibition, Their Art at Kjarvalsstaðir at 14h00 on Saturday.

The dancers have chosen artworks from the museum's collection and the selection will be displayed inside the exhibition Our Art. 

Inside the exhibition Our Art we have placed a white box where small pop-up exhibitions are set up under the name Their Art.

The museum invites its collaborators and regular visitors over the years to choose works from the museum's collection according to their own preferences. Each pop-up exhibition is up for 10 days.
