Reykjavik Art Museum – Museum Night

Museum Night takes place 3 February  and is Winter Lights Festival’s most popular event. Museums across the capital area open the doors and entertain their guests with happenings such as dance, theatre, lectures, live music, film, literature readings and much more - everything free of charge. All museums are open until 23h00.

Hafnarhús:

17h00 – 23h00: Down Иorth – Museum Night gift from the North – fun deck of cards to activate the imagination and view art from various perspectives. Note that there is an English version of the cards and they are available while supplies last

19h30 / 20h30: Short Curator Talk – Brief introduction to the exhibition Erró: Cunning Scissors with Curator Becky Forsythe. In English

21h00: Short Curator Talk – Brief introduction to the exhibition Down Иorth with Curator Markús Þór Andrésson. In Icelandic

19h30 – 22h30: Collage workshop – Open for all ages in connection with the exhibition Erró: Cunning Scissors.
