Sleep Light – Ráðhildur Ingadóttir
The installation Sleep Light by Ráðhildur Ingadóttir comprises the dome of Ásmundarsafn, the sound of the space, a computer, a hand mirror, light projection and a shadow.
Ráðhildur Ingadóttir (b. 1958), studied at Emerson College in Sussex and St Albans College of Art and Design, UK, from 1981 – 86. Her work has been shown in many one-person and group exhibitions in Iceland and abroad. She works with a variety of media, including text, drawing, painting, sculpture, video, and installations. Ráðhildur lives and works both in Iceland and Denmark.
